- Information you choose to share about your building, project, organisation, accessibility needs or training request.
- Basic website information, such as pages visited and device details, if analytics are enabled.
- Invoice and payment records when you become a client.
How we use your information
We use your information to reply to messages, manage bookings, prepare proposals, provide accessibility advice, issue invoices and keep reasonable business records.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing unless you have clearly agreed to it.

We take reasonable steps to keep personal information secure and to limit access to people who need it for the work. No online system is perfect, but we treat client information with care.

Sharing information

Access and correction
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you. You can also ask us to correct it if it is wrong or out of date.
